Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Victoria's Secret (Bridgeport, CT)
Entrevista
was very informal and brief, spent most of the time describing the duties instead of getting to know me. It was a very busy day so the manager had me waiting for 15-20mins while she attended customers. We did not go into a separate room to speak, we spoke in the store around costumers and had the entire interview with my coat on. Manager seemed to be in a rush, the interview seemed very unprofessional.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
