It was a group interview with 2 other girls so three in total, there was two women who were doing the interview, while one was asking questions, the second one was taking notes as we answered. It was held in the back room with three chair.

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
