It was a group interview at first. A lot of what if scenarios. Once you passed that segment you were called in for a one on one interview. Just be vocal and outgoing. Do not remain quiet.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
