I handed in my resume in store, and within a day I got a call to book an interview. Four days later I went in for my interview. The interview was held in their office with the interviewer and also the store manager. She started by asking me to tell her about myself. Then she took out the question book. She asked me " What do you think is good customer service?" and I answered with "To me good customer service is someone who introduces themselves to the customer. Instead of saying " Can I help you" they say "Hi how are you today" then tell the customer about a promotion. Also the employee needs to use teamwork to better serve the customer because they can't be the only one who helps that specific customer". Both the ladies loved my answer and told me I was hired. They still asked the other questions that they were required to. Overall the interview was very professional and positive.
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.
