Overall process took about 2 1/2 weeks. I applied in person, waited a few days for a call back and got asked to come in for a group interview. There was no additional interview, a few days after the group interview I was offered the position

Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
