The interview was a little strange because I was interviewed at the same time as another candidate so it felt like our answers were being compared to one another. The questions asked were pretty basic.

Describe a difficult situation at a past job and how you dealt with it.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
