Quick and easy. I had never worked in retail prior to this experience and the interviewer reassured me that it would not be an issue. I was offered the job and was able to start working a couple of days later.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
