The interview was in a group, we were asked personality questions as well as customer care based questions. Why we feel we would be a good fit, what we love about the brand, and where we see ourselves with the company in a year etc. they also asked us to describe a time when we were given amazing customer service and what that told us about the company it came from.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
