Entrevista
First was a phone screening with a recruiter. Fairly straightforward and to the point.
Second was a virtual interview with a manager and their manager. Ask mostly experience based questions. Had I done this, did I have experience with that.
There would have been another interview in between those but the HR person was going to be out for a while.
Sent a thank you email. Was told I'd hear something back about in 1-2 weeks. Going on week 3 and haven't heard anything. Don't anticipate that I will.

Was asked very specific questions about the documentation I use for gathering requirements and documenting use cases. Interviewed with HR both before and after the interview with the hiring manager.
