Group interview through team building exercises and shop floor role play, demonstrating how you would try and sell to a customer and upsell. It was a two day process with instructional videos and a tour of the floors.

Give and example of when you went above and beyond for a customer.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
