After submitting an application in the store, I was called back for an interview (I believe most are group interviews). A group of girls sat around in the break room and the manager asked a few different questions to each candidate.

They were all fairly expected questions, mostly regarding customer experience. Several questions require you to give an example.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
