Me postulé en persona. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en Victoria's Secret en may 2010
Entrevista
I asked to speak with my interviewer and ended up waiting like 15 mins. There was another girl there that appeared to just be a customer but turned out to be an interviewee too. It was the two of us getting interviewed out in the mall with other people sitting around. It was kind of awkward but expected. The interviewer seemed to be really rushed and hasty so I didn't get a very good vibe. She asked about 3 questions and asked if we has any questions for her. After the interview was over she said we'd here from her in a week. A few days later I received a cute little letter saying they didn't have a position for me at the moment. Not the biggest bummer but I would've appreciated a phone call.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
