Phone call first asking a bit about yourself and your experience, then an online interview, some interviews have a follow-up assessment centre in groups, they then send an offer if you were successful after the online interview/AC

Entrevista
Group interview in a relatively small group in their flagship store, with team work activities & a tour of the store etc. Was relatively easy & staff were very friendly.
