It honestly seemed like they were looking for inexperienced people. It seemed like they wanted people who didn't have experience with retail because there were a couple other girls who had a lot of experience and gave thoughtful responses but they were not hired. One of them had even previously worked at a Victoria's Secret in another city before. I think if you're outgoing and seem innocent they will probably hire you because it seems like a lot of people end up quitting their job there.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
