The interview was a group interview with about 8 people. They asked pretty general questions, our past experience, if we had a preference of what section we wanted to work. I received a call the next day offering me the job.

How would you respond if you had conflict with a coworker
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
