Very casual, laid back, like you to be outspoken and honest. Make sure to be dressed in all black, and have clean nails. They pay close attention to your outer appearance.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
