Entrevista
first there's a phone interview, then you meet for a group interview and after you meet with your possible direct manager. The process is long, and can be a little overwhelming. Sometime it takes week for them to reach to you. In case of a mass hiring event, the possible manger will hire you on the spot. if not you will be sent home.

Entrevista
It was a group interview with about 25 people in the room. If you had an answer to any questions you had to raise your hand to answer while managers watched. Then they had individual interviews if you did well in the group interviews.
Interview was a three step process, first phone call, group interview, and then one on one. Pretty easy. Very nice team. The main focus is how good of a personality you have.

One of the questions was how I could measure a customer, find their correct size and build their basket.
Online application and one in person interview at the store. Overall very friendly. Worked there for the seasonal position and got placed to be there permanently after the holidays. No retail experience required just want availability.
