Was referred by a current employee. Ended up having a phone interview w/ 1 HR rep from Schinnerer and 1 corporate recruiter from Marsh to go over benefits and salary. Had an additional in person interview with a manager from Schinnerer and a long phone conversation w/ my new superior. The overall process was slightly drawn out, as i was waiting for job posting to actually open.
