Initial phone screen, followed by group interview, then hiring manager. Interviewed for two different positions. Unfortunately the entire process was disorganized and poorly communicated on some key factors: salary changed all of a sudden, wrong name on an email communication. Eventually ghosted and never received any type of follow-up.

Response to application was very fast. I scheduled a screening call, and was noted at the end that my information would be passed on to the hiring manager. They then confirmed salary requirements, but this was entered when the application was submitted, the interviewer noted their (much lower) salary was in line with my needs, however, this did not match what I had entered but that I did not foresee it as a barrier at this time. She noted she would still forward my information, I didn't hear back.
