I applied for the job via SEEK. It redirected me to the company website and made me submit my applications. After two weeks, I got a call from the company and asked me to come for the interview. The interview ran to a standard format, with the company introduction, about the job, and then into the proper interview. There were three interviewers, all engineers, no HR person. All of the questions were about how my experience related to the key capabilities of the job, and i was asked to run through my work experience and highlight the aspects relevant to the job, and what I did in the similar situation in the past. I found out about the interview result at the end of the week. One of the engineers who interviewed me called and shared the bad news. I asked for the feedback and he said I am lack with local experience and suggested me to earn some local experience, even if it's a casual work.
