Only made it to one round with the hiring manager. Looked up the rating on Glassdoor and their senior management prior to interview. Seems like there is a diversity issue with hiring mostly white males into leadership roles. I was not selected to proceed to the next step. This is predictable especially if a company has only one type of person working for them in leadership. The interview felt isolating since I definitely felt the extreme divide between myself and the hiring manager.
