Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Viatris (Dublín, Dublín) en sep 2023
Entrevista
Interview process entailed one phone call interview with a talent acquisition specialist and a video interview with the head of the regulatory affairs and a senior regulatory affairs officer. 1 month since I did the interview and I haven’t heard back after multiple follow ups with the talent acquisition team. The interview team stated I would hear back after 1/2 weeks. This is disheartening as a lot of time went into the preparation for the interview and the interview itself.

What was my background? Name a time I worked with multiple departments to get a task done? Name a time I experienced conflict and how I dealt with it?

HR Screening (15 mins) and then interview with two managers on regulatory affairs team (30mins).
HR screening was basic STAR questions, details about background, experience etc.
Interview was just experience based (which I admittedly lack in the area of regulatory affairs as I have a chemistry background) but interviewers didn't ask me any technical questions which I had prepared for. They seemed from the outset uninterested. What is most disappointing is that after the interview I didn't hear back for 3 weeks. Workday says the application is in review. I emailed Viatris HR asking for information as to whether the job was filled (even though i had resigned myself to having not gotten the job) and 5 weeks later still no word from HR regarding the job.
The sheer audacity is astounding and ruins any prospect of me ever wanting to work for this company in the future. Why work for a company that is so rude and invites time wasting?
