The interview was done in a competency based format, but the hiring manager was completely clueless on what he wanted in terms of skills, when I asked him what’s the profile he was looking for, he just mentioned that he wants someone like the recently promoted manager. How I was supposed to know? He seemed to be unprepared to conduct an interview and it was completely obnoxious going back and forth over the same questions even with complete answers provided and not moving on with the interview. I won’t be doing interviews with Viatris again.
