Initial interview was by phone with a recruiter. This interview lasted about 15 - 20 mins.
Second interview was conducted in a group setting. CV and previous work experience was reviewed openly by several departments managers. This portion lasted about 1 hr.

Have you previously worked within a Quality Management System?
The interviewers are very friendly. Pretty easy to talk with. It's more like a conversation to let them know about you rather than a strict and boring interview. This is one of the best interviews I've attended in the past two years.

Straight forward, questions not difficult. Interviewed with multiple people, plan to be answering questions for some time. Includes a tour of the facility. Facility seemed clean and organized, lots of employees. Interviewers were very friendly.
