I interviewed for this remote Fraud Analyst postion in February 2023. There was 3 rounds: a 30 minute phone conversation with the recruiter, a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, and a final round of 4 30 minute zoom interviews with the hiring manager, the manager of the hiring manger, the vp of finance and a senior analyst on the team. This process took about 2 weeks. I was told at the last interview at they were interviewing 2 other people. I got a one sentence reply after this entire process that they went with another candidate. This is very upsetting because I took time out of my days, a lot of time to prepare and talk to everyone. I think it would be much more respectful for the candidates time if they would interview one candidate at a time for this third round of interviews, or maybe have fewer interviews.
