Overall I had about 10 discussions with 8 different people, spread across a few phone, video calls and on-site meetings. I found it great that there was involvement on all levels while trying to get to know me a bit better. Overall I really liked the approach and the very high skills and experience levels, but unfortunately I had to decline due to financial constraints, as child care costs a fortune in Switzerland.
