After submitting the on line application, a few phone calls occurred with different people (HR, in line Manager, etc). This was followed by a one to one interviewed by a 6 members team, future colleagues, that lasted almost 1/2 day. The atmosphere during the interview was very relaxed though sometimes you may feel stressed by the number of questions asked.
