I applied to Vialto Partners twice this year to different roles and both times the process was extremely slow. It took 6 weeks between the initial call with the recruiter and setting up a first round interview the first time, and 3 weeks for the second time around. When I asked the recruiter to send me a copy of the job description via email, I was simply given a link to the job application page, which had expired by the time of my interview. Interview was pretty standard and the hiring managers were nice. However, I was then rejected with a generic automated email from a no reply email address with no feedback. This is one of the worst interview experiences I have had - it felt insincere and disrespectful of candidates' time. Both times I was told the long wait was due to hiring managers not being able to align their schedules, so it also gives the impression that the company is disorganised and the staff are stretched thin.
