screening, then 2 interviews with senior manager, then a director scheduling was inconsistent since chicago office went back and forth on scheduling whether in person or online. manager interview had structured questions. director interview went off script and said i had all the qualities they were looking for so no further questions. i have not felt this disrespected as a candidate before in a while, and don't see myself applying in the future.
