Entrevista

Applied and was reached out to by a coordinator within about a week to set up a recruiter screen. Had the recruiter screen and got an automated rejection the following week. I reached back out to the recruiter to get feedback, since my background was 1:1 with the JD, but was totally ghosted.

Multiple rounds beginning with an HR / recruiting representative. Mostly a screener, but did ask to go into detail on problem solving as it relates to previous roles. Second round was with a Regional Lead. Focus on both interviews is on thought process and how you would deal with hypothetical problems

Entrevista
A long, border-line disrespectful interview process that included a total of nine meetings with several staff members. Starts with a phone screen, then a series of interviews and 'chats' with team members. Then there's a super day in the office that can include 3-5 interviews, and then a few other calls. By the time I got through all of the interviews, I was told someone else got the position while I was half way through my process. A massive waste of time and team members intimated that they agreed.
