      Entrevista

      The interview process was timely and the length was reasonable. However, there was a lack of transparency that I would have expected for a senior role. I went through three rounds of interviews within two weeks, including an 8 p.m. interview with the hiring manager who lived overseas. They asked me to complete a project that took a significant amount of time. I submitted a thoughtful and in-depth strategic plan, and I was essentially asked why I had worked so hard because it was so good. Then, they apologized and informed me that they would have liked me to meet with the C-suites, but they had already extended an offer to someone else the week before (when they had essentially asked me to do free consulting work). I had high expectations for them based on company reviews, but it is evident that they lack a clear hiring strategy and do not value candidate experience.

      Pregunta 1

      The initial interview was with an external consultant, asked basic experience based question on qualifications. Second was with the hiring manager (the late night interview) it was conversational and pleasant. The 3rd was with 2 “peers” seemed Junior, softball questions and I stumped them a few times with my follow-up questions. Not what I would have expected for a senior role. I am not used to junior team members being involved in senior talent hiring processes.
