You have to answer a few online questions asking why you would suit the role.
Then you will have a phone interview - mine lasted an hour. Because of Covid it is Zoom rather than just phone, usually, I think, they would then have you in for a physical interview. Interview based on competencies and a 'get to know you'.

Very relaxed and they genuinely let you speak, also make such an effort to make you feel welcome. Lisa and Andy were amazing they genuinely made me feel like I done a good job. They are very positive and helpful. I am so happy I got yous and thanks again
