Started with a 20-minute phone screening with the recruiter who scheduled a call with HR again, which seemed redundant in the questions. The call felt awkward like the interviewer was going through the motions of doing the interview, and perhaps they had already found a candidate. The job posting was closed soon afterward.
A lot of rounds of interviews, which are mostly just get to know you type calls where they ask about your background and try to get your vibe, and then one case study that you present to leadership

Tell me about your background and why it’s a fit for this role, what motivates you, why Vetcove, sort of all questions that you would likely expect
I had a brief intro phone call to assess basic qualifications and interest, followed by a meeting with the VP and CEO, and a member of the team this role would be working directly with. Questions leaned heavier towards culture and fit, rather than qualifications.
