Started with a recruiter call. The recruiter was great and very knowledgeable about Vestwell and the team. Next, there was a Figma assessment and meet the team session. This was a one hour session. The Figma assessment involved going through a mock prompt from brainstorming & ideation, wire framing, and then high-fidelity designs using M3. The team didn’t ask any behavioral questions or any questions about myself. They also didn’t speak to the role they were hiring for. It went straight to the Figma assessment. It wasn’t clear what the team was looking for or expecting for the Figma assessment.
