Entrevista
Two screening calls. The first more of a past experience / cultural fit call. The second was technical screening. Basic algorithm questions and deeper java questions on multi-threading and hashing. Onsite interview with 4 people. It starts with a coding exercise using their notebook with Eclipse IDE. Very short only 45 minutes exercise involving reading values from a file and making simple processing of the read values. After that three meetings with engineers and management.

Entrevista
Started with a phone screen with the lead of engineering, followed by a coding quiz. After that I had an onsite interview which was a whiteboarding problem, high level design problem, common Java and sql problems, and a culture fit discussion.

Entrevista
Received an email from HR, asking for availability to schedule initial phone interview. I replied with my availability, however I did not get any response to confirm it. Then, the next day of my availability HR contacted me through email asking to give some time options for next week. I replied with the time slots for next week. And the story repeats, I am still waiting to hear back from HR.
Very unprofessional from organization.
