I had three rounds of interviews, including a technical task. I spent about 8 hours implementing it. Then I had another round where I explained my solution and answered all the additional questions. The task wasn’t easy and included four bonus parts — I implemented all of them. When I received the rejection, I asked for feedback and got a response saying they couldn't give an accurate answer because tiny things can influence the decision.
