The interview consisted of a conversation with both the line manager and another manager, followed by a personality test. After completing the test, we reviewed the results together, discussing my responses and the reasoning behind them. The goal was to ensure nothing stood out as concerning. Overall, it was a relaxed and straightforward experience.
