Entrevista
The first step was with an external recruiter, she asked behavioral and motivational questions, and also asked me to talk a little about myself. Questions were asked of “what are your motivations?” “why should we hire you?” The second interview was with the area manager, it only lasted 25 minutes. She was very kind, very easy to understand English, asked some technical questions and questions like “why do you want to move to another country?”, “it's about your family”. After that interview, I received the Hogan Assessement, and after a few days the third interview was scheduled, with the same manager and a person from HR. In that interview they showed my test results, and asked questions addressing each topic with one or two questions about that topic. I was asked if I agreed with each test result presented, questions like, “Do you avoid conflict?” “How do you deal with negative feedback?” The interview lasted 1 hour.

3 phased interview with a business case to complete and a personality test. Everything was well organized and deadlines were kept. I interacted with HR, the manager, and the senior director.
