Anschliessend eine Interview mit dem Vorgesetzen und danach eine Online Test für eine Persönlichkeitsanalyse und Logiktest. Anschliessend Besprechung der Testergebnisse . Danach direkt finales Gespräch über Vertrag.

Fue un proceso largo aproximadamente unos 3 meses y la entrevista fue con el jefe directo y jefe funcional del área. Previamente realizan algunas pruebas y después la entrevista. Recomiendo estudiar bastante bien la empresa.

Initial auto recorded online interview with standardised questions that can be rerecorded unlimited amount of times. Multiple rounds of online competency, IQ, and personality tests. Finally culminating in a large format group interview consisting of working in groups to present growth strategies moving forward.
