The in-person interview was whiteboard technical, lasting an hour. Two developers in Atlanta and the phone screen guy on video conference from Portland. It's a grill if you weren't prepared or unexpected like me. Wanted to add a developer to their 2 member team (who interviewed me) in Atlanta. Never heard a response in 6 weeks. After a week, reminded if they are still interested. No response.
