Consisted of interviews with HR, VP Sales and Director Sales. The interview process was relaxed and seemed unstructured. I would recommend understanding the mission of the company when preparing for an interview.

Friendly, informative, intelligent, fast, definitely detailed, over use of examples, two way conversation and manageable discussions about salary, benefits and expectations of the role. Waited 20 minutes for the interview to start as the direct line manager was delayed.

Company environment and ease of working in open spaces
Was contacted via email to set up an Initial 30 minute screening with the hiring manager. This was followed by two separate 30 minute panel interviews. Both in person on their Westerville campus.
