Fast hiring process. Interviewed with manger, 2 peers, and a dotted line, all withing a week's time. Received offer about 14 days from first contact. Interview questions ranged from prior experience to technical acumen. There was no formal testing and none of the silly 'how many balls to fill a stadium?' questions that are associated with some start-ups. Questions were straightforward and to the point. Good company, and the position was everything I expected.

I got the call through referral. First round was technical interview .. around 40 mins. Later had a skype interview for 3 hours where I was asked to talk to 4-5 people in the team and a final HR round which was more like behavioral inspection
