I applied for the position and they wanted to schedule an interview immediately, I shared my phone number and e-mail. The Teams invitation was sent, I joined the meeting and waited for 20 minutes, but no one attended. I sent an e-mail stating that we could reschedule for another time and I was ghosted. Not professional at all.
