Submitted CV and was contacted to arrange an informal chat to discuss the role. The 20 min screening interview was with a couple of the managers from the team - felt relatively informal. They outlined the next steps at the end (that they'd be in touch within a day or two) then I never heard from them again, even after a couple of polite follow-ups - really surprising as they seemed incredibly nice during the interview... Being ghosted post-interview is incredibly disrespectful, especially as they explained that they would be in touch.

There was a task to prepare in advance (writing a briefing), and I was given interview questions in advance too. Interviewers were very friendly and understanding of nerves, the questions were quite specific to the role.
