I applied to Version1 directly. I was called for an interview which seemed to go well. I did not hear anything for several weeks. Then I was called on a Thursday and asked if I could start on the following Monday, as they had an urgent requirement for a contractor and they needed to be able to tell the client the project was fully resourced. The manager that called, I had never spoken to prior to that call. I started on the following Monday.
