After five interviews they ghosted. I was sending follow-up emails between each round, including the two they didn't show up for. These people talk a big talk about sorting out the civil service, hard to imagine that considering they can't organize a meeting.

Simple and easy. Staff were friendly from the start and were supportive throughout the whole process. Process was streamline and quick. Communication from the recruitment team was excellent and they provided feedback at each stage

Did some pschometric tests and then had an interview with someone from the business Was told they'd get back to me with a follow on interview.
I sent two follow up emails with no response. My third was to withdraw my application. Would rather work for a company who takes people seriously
