The interview was casual. I had to do two of them. The first one was very casual and was mostly a "getting to know you" interview. The owner explains that above all he is looking for good people. He was very charismatic about it and among software engineers in particular he was looking for someone humble. (We software devs tend to develop an ego about our skills)
