Very straight to the point, and they honestly read your CV. They ring you on the phone and ask for a short interview as they’ve already looked you up professionally and have assessed your skills. I went in for one interview in person, they tell you straight away if they like what you bring, ask about your ambitions etc. and if available they bring up a higher up to chat with you. They rang me before I hit the lobby to offer me a position.
