First they held a Skype interview, where candidates were asked basic questions, that anyone could anticipate. Then a week later some candidates were selected to come in for an interview. You had to prepare a 10 minute lesson and answer situational and theoretical questions. All the questions were relevant to the job. You had to submit a list of future courses you'd offer and a hand out for your 10 minute lesson.
After a month, those not selected are left hanging as to whether they've been chosen.
