Very quick interview, just a review of your resume and asked a couple of questions. Only lasted about 15 minutes total and was a pretty pleasant experience overall in my opinion

Very easy, no technicals 15 min phone call just asking why IB, resume walkthrough, tell me about yourself, and tell me about a time. Heard some people got walk me through a DCF as hardest question Overall easy and good experience.
The process was well-paced and you were given enough time to prepare for each round. The first round was submitting your answer to a few questions regarding your interest in the firm. The second round was focused on your ability to value a company that would be a good fit for the types of company Vermilion works for. The final round was a face-to-face interview.
